It is a little-known fact that a unique and quite intimate relationship exists between a tiger and his victims, for on the right cheek of every tiger there are faint traces of faces of those he has brought death to.

Every time the tiger laps up water from a cool forest creek he sees, reflected in the fluid mirror, the forlorn profiles of those whose lives he has cut short. Driven mad by their presence he pleads for forgiveness, but nothing will ever erase the sins the tiger has taken upon himself. He is condemned to carry the mark of a murderer to his dying day.
